DONATION FORM:  A hot meal and a practical holiday gift is $15 per person.   

Please fill out the amount below according to how many gifts you would like to give.   

Example: To buy 5 gifts:  5 X $15 =$75. Our goal is 100 gifts or $1,500. 

Once you enter an amount, the payment card form will appear.  Donations are tax-deductible. 

Note:  There is a separate sign-up form for serving at the event on Dec 13th.
